I have a question around an agent setting the Enterprise Data in CAD. If the agent modifies the data is there any way to have this modified value in CAD written back into the CCDR table so I can report on this modified data?
If this can't be done, am I correct in assuming the only other way to have the agents tag custom data against a call and then report on it is to write a application that takes data from the UCCX script and also prompts the agent to enter the custom data and writes it to a separate database.
