My customer is using IPCCX 5.0(1) and CM 5. Everything had been working properly until recently several agents sometimes don't appear in Supervisor Desktop.
I was told that the only significant change they made recently is that, due to virus and security problems, they upgraded all the agents' PCs from Windows XP SP2 to SP3.
Has anyone experienced this ?
Is the upgrade the cause of this problem ? I know that SP3 is not in the list of supported OS for CAD/CSD installations in the "HW and SW Compatibility Guide", but I need a confirmation that the upgrade is the cause of the problem.
