Shared folder on CCX

Hello

I have a scenario in wich I need some help to migrate it to a newer version of CCX.

I have a customer that has configured a shared folder under a UCCX running on Windows OS. So they can upload prompt files and change this prompts whenever they need to and this prompts are then used from a script by the names of the prompts.

We are going to have to make an upgrade of the server in anytime and I'm trying to find a way to port this behavior of prompt changing by end users into the newer linux versions of the CCX.

I'm asking for help to find a way to create a shared folder or a similar behaviour under linux.

Thank you all

Best regards

Hi,you have the following

Hi,

you have the following options for storing recordings:

1. Samba (~ Windows) share: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/96366/uccx-8x-how-playwrite-file-prompts-fromto-windows-shares

2. database table: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/114891/save-recording-database

3. SFTP/FTP server: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/140786/uccx-readwrite-fromto-sftpftp

Naturally, the best place for the recordings is the Prompt Repository, on UCCX.
