If you are talking about the stats available through File->View->ACD statistics, that is not what I am looking for. Other agents need to know who is logged in, who is ready, not ready, on call, etc.
This is available on the Supervisor Desktop, and the Resource IP ICD stats web page available through the CRA Admin page. Agents are using this page now, but it also shows stats of our second call center, which we do not want.
