Shutting Down PG Service Drops Active Calls

UCCE 8.5

CVP 8.5(1) ES=6 Build=36

We are dropping calls that are already connected to an agent when the Cisco ICM ucce PG1A service is stopped on PG1. From the logs we gathered from CVP and PG, it looks like CVP is intentionally dropping the calls. Is this expected behavior and/or is this configurable.

This is certainly not the way it's supposed to work, only call in the IVR will drop, but call on the agent's phone will stay active.  What do the jtapi logs say or maybe ctisvr?

Thanks for replying, Dave. I think we might be running into bug CSCtx54519. Upgrading to version 8.5(1)SR0(10) or higher would fix the issue. We are already planning to upgrade to version 9 so I will update once we do that in January 2014.
