Does anyone have an idea about how to configure Siebel to receive calls coming from Outbound dialer. In "CTI Driver for Siebel 7 Reference Guide for Cisco ICM/IPCC Enterprise & Hosted" guide one can find information about how to configure the def file to receive outbound calls, however when this is done siebel client is not able to receive any calls. Is there any additional configuration to be done on Siebel? i suppose outbound buttons should be added on the CTI tool bar.
