I have strange issue with silent monitoring, the supervisor can’t hear call from CIT agent when they used CTI version 7.5.1 , but it can be hear fine with CTI desktop version 7.0 ….even I tried to upgrade the supervisor desktop to 7.5.1 or 7.5.8 ….but still the same issue.
What is the suitable version for silent monitoring which I can install since I’m plan to run upgrade CTI version higher than 7.0
BTW: I’m utilized the below setup:
ICM server 7.5
CTI Desktop 7.0 “plan to upgrade to higher version”
Anything else that is different? If nothing else is different and you an use the same desktop and it will work with 7.0 and not with 7.5.x then you more than likely have a bug on your hands and will need to open a TAC case.
