Hi Experts,
I have strange issue with silent monitoring, the supervisor can’t hear call from CIT agent when they used CTI version 7.5.1 , but it can be hear fine with CTI desktop version 7.0 ….even I tried to upgrade the supervisor desktop to 7.5.1 or 7.5.8 ….but still the same issue.
What is the suitable version for silent monitoring which I can install since I’m plan to run upgrade CTI version higher than 7.0
BTW: I’m utilized the below setup:
- ICM server 7.5
- CTI Desktop 7.0 “plan to upgrade to higher version”
- Agent platform. Windows XP.
