I am working on a UCCE 7.2.5 platform with CVP 4.0. We have created a dial by extension application using CVP. The dial by extension portion works when the agent is there to answer the call however if the agent is not there, we would like the call to go to voicemail. Right now, this functionality works only intermittently. We have narrowed this down to 1 (out of a possible 2) Ingress Gateways. Any call that comes in on the troubled gateway results in a failure. We have looked through the configs multiple times and they appear to be identical. Any help on this issue would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
