skill groups disappear supervisor desktop ICM 7.1.4
In the past every once in awhile a skill group would disappear off of supervisor desktop screen. I could always bring them back by taking the affected supervisor accounts out of the team and then adding them back in. It has happened again and I can't seem to get it back. Any suggestions? I can see these when I click on the skill group explorer on the left, so I know the data is still there. Also I have reinstalled supervisor desktop on the PC and nothing changes.
