SocialMiner cop install fails

Hi,

I'm trying to patch an existing SocialMiner server (currently running

Active Master Version: 9.0.1.10000-37) with platform-csa-9.0.1-cop-3.cop.sgn .

I get file validation error without any further details. I have tried both FTP and SFTP methods and both get to the same point:

Available options and upgrades in "x.x.x.x:\":

1) platform-csa-9.0.1-cop-3.cop.sgn

q) quit

Please select an option (1 - 1 or "q" ): 1

Accessing the file.  Please wait...

Validating the file...

The selected file is not valid.

Has anyone else seen this?

When you downloaded the file did you verify the checksun was correct?  Very likely that the file is corrupt.

I've checked the checksum and its the same

Any chance there are network issues when trying to transfer the file over?  The process is pretty easy. so I'm thinking you might have to open a TAC case.

I dont think its a network issue, as it connects and can pulll out the details of that file within the folder.

I'll look to raise it with TAC
