Sprawler UAW process failing: [109] error

created a sprawler for customer that needed a lab.  receiving this error on the UAW process:

11:48:30 Initializing Event Management System (EMS) Library.

11:48:30 Trace: Attempting to connect to central controller database "odjfs_sideA" on server "10.14.8.33"

11:49:15 Trace: New trace client: cmsnode(upcc) on pipe 0x1c0.

11:49:15 Trace: Info: Trace client on pipe 0x1c0 disconnected.

Last API Error [109]: The pipe has been ended.

11:49:31 Trace: Error:GetHostIPAdresses Unable to get the hostname 10093

11:49:31 Connection to Central Controller database failed!! host name: , IP:

The services are all up and I have local admin right hadn have been added to SETUP group to install software.

I think the issue is that the ICM created accounts can't access the local db.

Has anyone seem this before?

This seems like the more likely culprit, are you using hostnames or IP addresses in your configuration?

Re: Sprawler UAW process failing: [109] error

IP addresses and a hostname for the db instance

Thanks,

Did you find a fix for this? Running into the same thing on the AW B side.
