static route configuration change in CVP ops- console

Hi Guys,

We have a  CC setup having UCCE (7.5.10) with CVP(7.5).

We  have query regarding static route deletion/addition in the CVP ops console.

We intially added a set of static routes to the CVP ops console supporting an  additionally  added new Voice Gateway  to the site.

CC was functioning normally.

After 2 weeks, we observed a couple of important  static routes missing  from the Ops console.(Those static routes were not removed manually), since then we were experencing agent transfer issue.Issue was restored after adding those Static routes again in the OPS console

We would like to know if there are any possibilities in identifying the " When these static routes were removed or deleted(like logs etc...)"?

I've never looked at the Ops Console logs, but they are there - don't know what detail you will find. On the Ops Console machine, under \Cisco\CVP\logs you will find a number of directories. I can't quite recall the names - but have a look and see what's there. ORM is for the layer that communicates to the Ops Console - you will find that folder on a Call Server too, as you would expect.
