Supervisor Access and CAD Phone Login to IPCC through a Firewall - Help Req
Wanted help in configuring the Supervisor Desktop and CAD Phone Login through a Firewall. Firewall may be ASA or PIX. Wanted to know what are the ports that needs to be opened in the Firewall for complete functionality ? Please note we would require only CAD option to be enabled and not CTIOS ?
