supervisor agent skill change

Hi folks, I am sure this has been asked before - just can't find in a search, but is it possible for a supervisor to changethe skill level for an agent & what version this came into effect?

if the supervisor does not have access to configure ICM then they will not be able to change skills for an agent.

(through 7.0 anyway)

Thanks, but I was thinking of changing the level from the supervisor window without going into the IPCC server.

No you cant. as stated before, for Re-Skilling you need to use Configuration Manager (or IE in IPCC 7.0).
