Supervisor Desktop Barge-In Issues

I am using Cisco Supervisor Desktop 4.5.6.2 and CRA 3.5(2). The issue I am having is with Supervisor Barge-In. After a supervisor barges-in and hangs up, the call is still shown in Supervisor desktop and Agent desktop. The agent has to log out in order to clear the call. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

I guess there could be some communication issue between CCM, IPCC and Desktop, do you use firewall?

The firewalls are turned off for the supervisors and agents. Is there some thing particular that they should do when they end a barge-in, or just hang up?
