Supervisor Desktop(CSD) Force ACD Stats Only Possible on UCCX8.5?

Got a customer running on UCCX 8.5 currently. With this version, the Supervisor Desktop displays realtime stats that include ACD and non-ACD calls if the agent has a personal line and a separate ACD line. Customer is asking if it's possible to change it so it only shows ACD stats. He's looking at the Agents-Team Summary  such as the Calls Presented column. CAD/CSD is typically restricted in terms of customizing like this so I would say NO but wanted to check. Thoughts?

Supervisor Desktop(CSD) Force ACD Stats Only Possible on UCCX8.5

You would need to disable multi-line support under Desktop Administrator > Services Configuration > Multiline, Monitoring & Recording > Display Settings. Uncheck Display Non-ACD Calls, click save, and restart CAD/CSD.
