I'm experiencing an issue with Cisco Supervisor Desktop and the real-time displays for the Email CSQ's in UCCX 22.214.171.12401-24
I can see the agents logged into the email queue and their state for both ACD and email in the Agents view. However when clicking on the agent email queue not all of these agents are displaying in the Email CSQ Detail screen
I've checked the set-up of the agents and all the settings are identical
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or know what the problem is likely to be?
