In our UCCX environment we've got 3 supervisors each with it installed on their own machine. One of these supervisors has the supervisor application stop updating information and responding to mouse clicks 2-3 times a day and has to restart the application. Looking through both the Windows Event Logs and Supervisor Log files shows no errors that I can find.
So far I have done a fresh reinstall of the Desktop Suite. Anybody else running into this or have an idea as to where to go next?
