Supervisor Desktop IPCC 3.5

I have successfully installed supervisor agent software on my computer. I also have the team selection done.

Can anyone direct me on how to monitor a call for IP phone agents after selecting a particular agent? when I press the "Start Voice Monitor", there is definitely some activity going on, but I am unable to listen to conversation.

Have I missed anything?
