Supervisor Doesn't Show Agent Summary

In the Supervisor desktop that was compatible with IPCC 3.5, when clicking on the "Desktop Agents" in the tree on the left you would see a summary view of all the agents in that team -- number of calls presented, calls handled, etc. In IPCC 4.0 and 4.5 Supervisor desktop, I don't get any combined summary view and have to click on each individual agent to view their stats.
