Supervisor View

My supervisor wants to be able to view that status of all agents, i.e a quick web view of each agents name and if they are logged in, out, ready , not ready and the reason codes for being not ready or logged out

can anyone point me in the right direction I can only find agent state data in the database and not reason codes or names etc
