Support Tools 2.3 - Configuring syslog alerts for CVP?
Support Tools 2.3 enables you to receive the syslog feed from the loggers (cw2kfeed) and CVP Call Servers. Additionally, you can set up an alert system to certain email addresses on an SMTP relay and nominate the events (error, warning, info) that you want sent to these addys.
This all works just fine and dandy for events from ICM. The specs on these events seem tailored to ICM only - for example: "%1 node restarting process %2".
I would like to configure some critical CVP events to send alerts. Does anyone know how to do this?
