SYSTEM ERROR: Unable to enter data because call (xxx) has ended.

Hello there,

agents are complaining, they are getting errors like <quote> SYSTEM ERROR: Unable to enter data because call (call.5002.33749152.7384) has ended. </quote>

Does anyone know what this could be?

ICM 7.0

CCM 4.1.3

CRS 4.04

Looks like this is a known error, CTI OS troubleshooting guide helped...
