Can somebody please provide useful information on the sytem ipcc enterprise? I can only find one installation document for the same. I am getting a "Unable to start the ConapiConnection on this Administration &WebView Reporting machine" error on the Administration page when creating the machines. Has anyone faced this problem?
I'm having a problem with a script now, but it is not SIP. Actually I am not too sure that it is script related. I have a situation where if you call into a queue while the agent is already on a call, the agent sees the call in his Desktop Agent, his phone never rings, and he is never able to pick up the next call. Is this a script problem or some configuration problem with the CSQ, Resource or Skills?
