Re: TCP/UDP ports used by MTP router

I'm confused what's an MTP router?  Do you mean MDS?  Regardless since you didn't specify a version I'll assume 7.5, everything you need to know about port utilization can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_7_5/configuration/guide/icm75ports.pdf

Re: TCP/UDP ports used by MTP router

Hi David,

Thanks for your reply. Here hardware MTP means we have cisco 2811 router which we are using for a Media Termination Point.

We require a port information between IP-Phone to MTP, MTP to Voice Gateway and MTP to callmanager.

Pushkar

Re: TCP/UDP ports used by MTP router

I know what an MTP is, but thank you for the explanation.  However, considering you're in the contact center section I assumed you would be talking about either UCCE or UCCX, try the IPT forum you might have better luck there.
