Technical Support for IPCC Express and Enterprise

Hello,

Can anytone tell me what kind of support options are available for IPCC Express and Enterprise? Is it anything like CallManager or Unity where I can call TAC and get help or is there some high-level special tech support for these products? Is it available via contract for is it on an "as need" basis.

Cisco has dedicated IPCC TAC groups, so it's pretty much the same deal as CCM, etc. And yes you need maintenace agreement for the IPCC software.
