Telephony subsystem deactivated

Hello

I have a cluster with two servers, the subscriber has deactivated the telephony subsystem service,  i check all the components but i can not find something to solve it.

I attach two logs about this component.

I hope you can help with this issue

If it makes you feel better I have to reboot my servers every three days t

o get the telephony subsytem back in service, I hope you get an answer to

this.
