Text to speech in CCX

Hi,

I have read a cisco documents about  "create TTS prompt" step but is not clear for me if it is mandatory that in network infraestructure exists a external TTS server, can you help me to clarify this doubt?  Does CCX premium provide this feature?

You will need a supported third party TTS server.
