Hi All,
I have some problem with my CCX server version 7.X. i couldn't open the CCX Application Web Admin .
I found the log that said CCX node manager service hung on starting, picture as attached.
What should i do?

Start by checking the latest MIVR logs after it tries to start
c:\Program Files\wfavvid\log\MIVR\
Search for any errors or exceptions.

Hi Brian,
That's a very kind of you to respond my posts.
I found many kind of error or exception on MIVR logs. but truly i couldn't interprete it.
could you help me to interprete that logs? the logs as attached above.

Looks like you're having database issues - is SQL server running? Can you connect to the uccx database, db_cra?
20894: Jun 29 22:37:09.284 ICT %MIVR-SS_OB-7-UNK:CheckCampaignStartStop:we are master but database is down

Yes, My SQL service is running (see the pictures below).
i have 2 CCX servers, both of them is CCX node manager service hung on starting and i can't access Application Web Admin. also i can't access database on HR, while i tried to open historical report, i got the error " there is problem with your web server ".
