I would like to sent the number of client in queue to the client.
I opened the tac and he told me that there is a way to configure it in the script to advise the customer the position in queue with audio and also there is a possibility that it may be done through an HTTP trigger. I also know that I should probably use the Call Contact Info parameter for this.
I would like to use the HTTP trigger because the client will use chat from third party aplication to chatting with agent.
I am not very familiar with UCCX script.
The scenario :
1.Client login to special web services.
2.The open the chat and video connection with the UCCX agent.
3.If all agent are bussy we would like to number of client in queue
You cannot take the number of the customer - remember, we are talking about a system which may process a number of calls parallelly. In other words, it's not a single lane road where you can count each incoming car.
You can, however, take the number of calls in queue for the particular CSQ and use that number. So instead of saying "You are the third in the queue", you may want to play "There are two calls waiting in the queue".
About that HTTP trigger: it's very powerful, but you cannot just take contacts coming from the HTTP channel and place them to the voice channel. I mean, everything is possible, but it may become a bit complicated. For instance, what is the client's voice endpoint? A softphone, perhaps?
If you are not familiar with UCCX, I would strongly advise against diving into it with such a complicated project. You might want to hire someone who has some experience with it.
I wpuld take the number of calls in queue for the particular CSQ nad sent it to remote web serwer usingn HTTP triger. We would like to present the number of cient on web page. The client will use the web interfece to chat and video conection (Jaber SDK).
We use premium license and I had information that for tihis we can use the special tools on UCCX. We can do this withouth sript.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
