Third party reporting tools for IPCC Express?

Does anyone have some good suggestions for reporting tools for IPCC Express other than the included Historical Reports tool? I need to provide more robust outbound call reporting, and most of the Historical Reports are centered around inbound calls. So I'm wondering if there are some 3rd party tools out there that provide better out of the box reports. We could develop our own with Crystal, but I'm looking for something more "out of the box". Thanks!

Hey Jon,

This seems to be a very common question on this Forum.The only thread that I could find that doesn't reference Crystal Reports was this one from December of last year that talks about a product from Prognosis.

I do not use this product but thought this might help you out in your search.Perhaps you could follow up with Wei and see where it leads you.
