Track Calls released by pressing ALT + X key in Database

Dear All,

How outbound calls that agent released by pressing ALT + X short key on CTIOS can be tracked in UCCE database. The outbound calls are for agent based campaigns.

A prompt reply in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Jawad,Using the ALT-X

Jawad,

Using the ALT-X shortcut is no different to UCCE than if the agent clicks the "Release" button in CTIOS, or if the agent hangs up their phone, or if the caller hangs up. Which side ended the call, or how they ended it, does not effect anything in reporting.
