Hi Guys ,

Can Anyone help me in this script.

I am using ICM 6.0 ,CCM 4.1 , CRS-3.5(Queue Manager),and Unity 4.0(5)

I am trying to check if the call is in queue for 30 seconds and if yes,

transfer to Voicemail(Unity).

This is a BPO and the setup is shared by multiple customers.

Also What should be the mail box extension number .

Is your queue message exactly 30 seconds? Then, you can use use the GetDigitstring in the IVR script to play the queue message. And if they pressed 1, then check call.callerEnteredDigits in ICM and then transfer the call to VM.

If your queue message is longer than 30 seconds, I would advise breaking that up into 30 second chunks.

Or if you are using CM music on hold. Just do a call hold in the IVR script for 30 seconds.

For the VM extension number, you should be able to get to the VMbox from ICM which means you will be going through CM. So,create a CTI Port or something that will go directly to the VMBox and use that CTIPort line number in the Label node in ICM for the transfer to VM.
