Translation Route Wizard Issues

I am wondering if anyone has run into an issue were the translation route wizard will not allow your to

add a new Routing Client Name and Dialed Number String, and the Dialed Number String selection window is

grayed out. I have only had this issue happen under version 7.2(2) of UCC Enterprise. Basically when

I go to select the Post Routing Client and the Dialed number all works fine until I click the "Add"

button at which point the application does nothing, it does not freeze or crash it just does nothing and

will not allow you to proceed. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi,

you need to check at PG Explorer app. when you are configuring a new PG the option named Use DN/Label Map at Routing Client Tab in Callmanager peripheral.
