Translation Routing

Receiving this message: Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips??

"No free routes to send call to translation route IPCC_TransRoute. All 1 routes are in use"

This message typically means that you have run out of Translation Routes and need to add more. It looks like you currently only have 1 Translation Route per CVP/IVR. You can add Translation Routes through the Configuration Manager. There is actually a Translation Route wizard.
