Trigger an outband call

Hello!

Not sure how should be the best approach for my scenario, I tried to look for it on google but it seems I'm not making the correct question.

 

What I need:

From a UCCX script I need to capture Calling ID and Customer Service Queue with the purpose of built a callback list or outbound queue.

 

What I have:

I know how to capture the Calling ID and the CSQ (this is a parameter in the app)

 

What I don't know:

I don't know how to pass or send this information to somewhere outside the script.

I don't know what should be best and/or easier, if send this information to a txt file or some kind of report to have a list of call back requests or (not sure if this is even possible) to pass this information to an agent through Cisco Desktop and automatically trigger and outbound call.

 

What I'm looking for is even possible?

How it is called in the cisco realm so I can find useful information in the web?

Any better suggestion?
