TTS for UCCX 9 or 8.5

Hello people!!

We are trying to contact Nuance for TTS, so far we have not had any return of Nuance, tried several times chat / email / web form ...

Someone actually managed adiquirir product? If possible orient how we can contact them ...

Or is there some other TTS compatible with UCCX 9 that you are using.

That's unfortunate you are having a hard time contacting Nuance.  I would think they would want your business.

The compatibility guide lists which vendors and which of their products are supported:

Hi Anthony!

Many thanks for the help, It seems that IBM has discontinued its software, we are trying to use Nuance. Inside the "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (Cisco Unified CCX) Software and Hardware Compatibility Guide" I found the link http://network.nuance.com/portal/server.pt ... try contacting them, meanwhile our client will wait = /

I hope that does not answer the Nuance is not a prejudice for being Brazilian

I would contact a reseller of the product (Nuance that is) such as Diagenix.
