Does anyone know how to automatically monitor calls? I have IPCC 4.0(3) Enhanced and need to find a way without having to keep clicking on the agents as calls come through.
I know how to record each call automatically but not how to monitor each call automatically.

Cisco CallManager Serviceability Reporter logs reports and CSV files of key performance counters for troubleshooting and trending. The following reports automatically generate:
Alert Report (shows what alerts were generated on a daily basis)
Device Statistics Report
Server Statistics Report
Service Statistics Report

Teh recording and silent monitoring in IPCCX are on-demand only. Normally a supervisor only monitor one agent in the same time, why do you want to automatically monitor?
