UC500

I have customer looking to build new outsource contact center, number of agent 20, using E1, can we offer him UC500? If no what is the optimized bill of material to build it.

Hello,

UC500 can be integrated with a UCCX server without any issue as long as the IOS version is compatible with the current UCCX. Is important to note that not all the features that UCCX has are available for this kind of integrations, also the maximum number of agents that you can have is 50 with UCCX 7 is I don't mistake.
