UCCE 10.5 teamadmin doesn't work

Hello,

It is a UCCE 10.5

After upgrade the link http://<PG>:8088/teamadmin/main.cda doesn't work.

But I want change workflow team for my agents, how I can do that?

Hi,

Isnt it suposed to be login.cda like:

http://<IP>:8088/teamadmin/login.cda

 

Else Install CDA software - login - n from top menu there click on Desktop Workflow Admin or something like that menu option.

login.cda also doesn't work.

When I try select Desktop Administrator - Side A (or Side B) from menu CDA I see the browser window with  link http:// IP :8088/teamadmin/main.cda and message "404 - File or directory not found"

 

 

 

I have a 10.0 UCCE - and I tried and got login.cda

try

http://<IP address of UCCE Peripheral GW>:8088/teamadmin/login.cda

got to be a Tomcat thing - try on the PG box itself?

And on your Agent - do you see see them in Partial service by any chance?

If you can - You might wanna stop all CAD services on the PG and start them again
