UCCE 7.0 Sprawler

Hi,

I am trying to install UCCE 7.0 on VMWare for LAB, I have two problems.

1. when any of the ICM component try to start the processes window doesn't appear even the the component is running? i tried to open the process window manually C:\icm\bin and opened the appgw.exe for example and it just flashing just start and immediately stopped?

2. when i try to open the configuration manager or Router log viewer it gave me an error that its unable to Initialize Real-Time Feed for instance icm1.

Can anyone help on this.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Abbas

Re: UCCE 7.0 Sprawler

Are you using RDP for the installation? This is not supported.

See page 68 about RDP for installation

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_7_5/user/guide/icm75bom.pdf

Verify that the service is using the account that was created during setup. This needs to be a domain account. Verify that you are logged in with a domain account and not logged in to the local machine account.

Are you accessing the VMWare instance using RDP? If so, use the /console flag or the /admin flag if using RDP from Vista.
