UCCE 7.2 | Any one seen this error message before

[EU UC Support]

I am getting the below message from the agent PG:

Failure Conf (1) message received from JTAPI Gateway does not correspond to an outstanding request. Ignoring.

Any one have a idea?

UCCE: 7.2.7

CUCM: 6.1.3

I have this message on UCCE: 7.5.6 with CUCM: 4.2.3

What does this error message mean? Any ideas?
