UCCE 8.0- CTI OS desktop version supported with Windows7 64 bit/UCCE8.0

Hi,

We have Cisco UCCE 8.0.1 and agents login using using 8.0(x) CTI agent desktop. I wanted to install CTI desktop on a Windows 7 64 bit OS.Which CTI OS desktop version is compatible with Windows 7 64 bit native mode and with UCCE 8.0.1 version?

For the UCCE 8.0.1, you can have only the below versions of CTIOS Desktops

8.0(x),7.5(x),7.2(x),7.1(x),7.0(x)

Only from CTI OS Release 8.5(2), you can access the CTI OS Client on Windows 7 64-bit.

You can use Windows 7 32 bit with CTIOS 8.0(1a)
