We upgraded our UCCE platform from ICM 7.2 and CVP 4.0 to 8.5
Now, we have UCCE 8.5 with CVP H.323 comprehensive deploymenent (CVP8.5)
After the upgrade our IVR outbound campaign do not work correctly : In fact, outbound calls are setup, but when the customer picks up the call, the call is immediatly dropped.
From the script monitor, we can see that the send to vru step is failing.
From IP communicator, we could call the ivr script (via the GK trunk) without any issue. from the CIPC we could call the remote PSTN destination directly without any issue (it's not an issue of dial-peer).
