UCCE 8.5- SIP Dialer- Campaign prefix not working as expected
I have SIP dialer on UCCE 8.5. I am trying to use Campaign prefix to differentiate between different department calls as they need different CLI to be diaplayed on their outbound calls.
In SCCP dialer, camapign prefix was adding in front of called number and I was able to manupulate the CLI display on CUCM. Looks like it works differnt on SIP dialer as Campaign prefix is not adding to the front of the called number, instead camapign prefix appear as remote ID in SIP message. I am happy with the new option, but I am not able to add more than 5 digit in campaign prefix, do anyone know how can I fix this issue?
