UCCE 9.0 Outbound

 

  Hi All,

  I am deploying UCCE 9.0 campaign based outbound with SIP Dialer based.

  We have problem at Call Landing to Agent Desktop , after uploading contact no  file. call is not landing to Agent Desktop.

  Outbound Configuration : 1. Campaign , 2. Import Rule, 3. Dialer- SIP Dialer, 4. Query Rule, 5. System Option.

 

  Service Status is :

  Dialer - A, CM-A CTI-A Ports C: 6 R-6, B-0 MR-A , SIP-A

  Kindly help me in troubleshooting, what i need to check and how does call will through to Agent Desktop.

Dear All,

 I have implemented UCCE SIP Outbound dialer, problem is after uploading contact list dialer is not functioning and doesn't dialing those numbers.

Setup details :
UCCE Version : 9.0.1.0 Build 1454
CUCM : 9.0
IPIVR : 9.0
Dialer : SIP Dialer
Here all the services and Outbound Option Dialer is in- Service.

Kindly help me to make this functionality working.

All services are up and running. Below is the outbound option dialer service status.

Kindly help me guys, if you have any idea, how to troubleshoot this issue.

ok, are you using agent based

ok, are you using agent based campaign or IVR campaign?

please share the campingmanger, badialer, baimport, MR pim logs once you schedule an import.

also please share the configuration for campaign.
