UCCE 9 installation error - SQL Server Edition check failed

I am Ravindra Adhav from eGain  Support organization. I am setting up UCCE 9 lab to integrate with EIM WIM 9. I  had my IT team setup following VM for UCCE 9.0.

Microsoft Windows  Server 2008 R2, Standard or Enterprise Edition  (SP1)

SQL Server 2008 R2  x64 SP1 Standard Edition

When I launch setup.exe from  ICM-CCE-CCHInstaller, it gives error SQL server edition check failed. Following  statements are from logs. Does anyone have suggestions? Or any guide which I can  follow to quickly setup UCCE 9?

Re: UCCE 9 installation error - SQL Server Edition check failed

Thank you. I got around this issue. I was not using the correct collation for SQL.

I used

SQL 2k8 R2 SP1 with (Mixed mode,  Built-in Administrator & Latin General with Binary options) to resolve the issue. Earlier I was using default collation (SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS)
