I have a little annoying situation with Abandon In Network calls.
We have UCCE installation with IVR at our client which is a bank, and there is a two teams where one work on outbound calls (collection) and one on inbound calls (info center).
We use WebView as reporting tool and in some custom report we have large number of Abandoned In Netwok calls for team which do inbound calls.
I know that Abandoned In Network indicates the call was abandoned, or dropped, before being terminated at a target device, but dont know what is reason for these to occure. This happens constantly, all time, (about 20 dropped calls per day) but starting with month (from first to fourth day in month) there is enormous amount of this dropped calls (about 250 for seven days).
If someone have more information aboud this situation, why this happens and what can be solution for this problem I would be truly grateful.
