UCCE CAD 8.5 Cisco Recording & Statistics Service doesn't not start automatically
We do have UCCE 8.5(4) installed and working with CAD 8.5(4). We do have two PGs on which is installed CAD services. The issue is that Cisco Recording and statistics service on PG-A which is using the local account "CADSQLAdmin" doesn't start automatically every time we restart the PG.
Every time we need to reenter the password of the account which is Cr41g1sth3M4n! and start the service manually. I believe this is not a new problem. but the client is keeping complaining about it.
The account is given the right to "Logon as a service"
Can you please advice how can solve this issue ? thanks .
